Hey guys, I’m back after a long break of writing to talk to you guys about the ROC Limited Format, and in this article, I’ll be focusing on the relevance of POG-generating pieces and their impact on the competitive scene within the format. Now I will only be talking about pieces that can generate Bystanders at a constant rate, and not just a one-time use such as Jester from Civil War. On top of that, I will probably leave a few pieces off this list, not because they aren’t good, but because I don’t believe they will have too much of an impact on the scene.
