Dates: you can schedule from November 1st to January 7th
*Format: 300pt. Modern Age (Indy sets are included)
*Cost Per Venue: $30 (via Paypal: majestixccg@att.net is the email)
*Trial Kit includes:
-1 Winners Certificate good for Free Entry into either Main Event as well as a 1st Round Bye in said event
-2 ROC Dice
-2 ROC Tokens
-LOF Badge
-Custom Majestix ATA cards to be handed out*We will advertise the the Trial here as well as on the WES and Majestixccg.com/heroclix site. I will provide a template so you can just copy/paste and fill our the necessary information on your event.
*Tournament should be 3-4 Rounds of Swiss with the winner after the Swiss Rounds
*Suggested Entry is $5-$10 and additional prizing is encouraged to attract players
*After the Event, Reporting requirements are:
-a picture of the winner with the certificate and his winning team
-Winner’s name and force list
-any other notes worth reporting so I can write a brief report on your Trial
