Tulsa is once again hosting what promises to be an epic ROC Super Qualifier, and that means it’s time for me to build a team. The format is 400 points Modern Age Limited. With the increase from the standard 300 point build total I believe that there will be some significantly heavier hitters on the field than we might be used to, and I’ve taken that into account when coming up with my build for this event.
